OAK MATURED PINOTAGE
  •  Vinification: Various techniques were applied to all stages of the winemaking process to provide as many possible different building blocks (styles) to ensure optimum complexity in the final blend. These include but are not limited to; grape selection, processing (reductive oxidative), fermentation (different yeasts) and various wood treatments where applicable.
  •  Style: Dense, brambly fruit, well balanced with rich mocha flavours and a velvety finish. Top Pinotage - 2007 (Swiss International Airlines Wine Awards 2007)
  •  Maturation: 4 - 10 years
  •  Serving temperature: 16-18ÂșC
  •  Food partners: Game birds; Chocolate-chilli fillet; rich chocolate pudding
