 SOET HANEPOOT - Vinification: Grapes were handselected and picked at full ripeness. Intensive skin contact was given for two days after which the clear juice was drained and fortified. The wine was left on its lees for 16 months, with 3 months in a 2nd fill French Oak barrel.
- Style: A deep gold colour with a green tint invites you to taste the smooth velvety honey tones with a fresh peach finish. There is an absolutely perfect balance between sweet, acid and alcohol in this wine.
