
RED - CABERNET SAUVIGNON MERLOT MALBEC
- Vinification: Grapes were hand selected to reflect the classic characteristics evident in the Left and Right Bank Bordeaux styles. This gave expression to a complete, complex and many faceted wine. The wine was left to ferment on its skins and spent 18 months in French Oak barrels (70% new wood).

- Colour: Brilliant, deep colour
- Nose: A harmonious blend of blackcurrant, cassis and cloves.
- Palate: The succulent frame is filled with intense blackcurrant fruit, fine velvety tannins and cool mint tones.
- Maturation: 5 - 10 years - this wine will most certainly reward good cellaring.
- Serving temperature: 15-20ÂșC
- Food partners: Chicken curry, red meat dishes, matured cheddar
