 METHODÉ CAP CLASSIQUE - Vinification: The grapes were handpicked at 19 Balling with a good natural acidity. Whole bunch pressing was applied to the Chardonnay grapes. The juice was fermented at low temperatures and left on the lees for 9 months with butonage every 3rd week.
- Style: This Methode Cap Classique is characterised by well-integrated wood flavours with ripe apple, tropical fruit and a hint of mint. A blend of Chardonnay, Weisser Riesling and Semillon.
